Email Spoofing

"I found out from returned "undelivered" email that those address does not exist in my lists--in the first place, I have never sent them".

These deceptive emails are called "Spoof Emails" because they fake the appearance of a popular Web site or company in an attempt to commit identity theft. Also known as "hoax" or "phishing" emails, this practice is occurring more and more frequently throughout the online world.

Search Engine Optimised or Search Engine Friendly

The term "Search Engine Optimisation" tends to get used indiscriminately these days. Many web developers will say they have optimised a site when all they've done is to add a few keywords to the content and meta tags. What they've actually done is make the site search engine friendly.
